●Cleared all requirements for installation space, safety regulations, and costs! We received an inquiry for a neutralization system for air conditioning drain water from major glass manufacturer A. Processing capacity: 0.2m3/h, pH: 2.5～. At H2, we conducted thorough hearings with the user to ensure compliance with their safety regulations and installation space, holding multiple meetings. ●Custom-made production - The control panel was designed with usability in mind and to fit within the budget. - The neutralization tank is made of PE, also considering cost balance. - The chemical tank is designed larger to minimize the need for frequent chemical replenishment. - Space-saving design We manufactured it to meet all the user's requirements.

Space-saving neutralization in the clinic! Introducing a case study of an automatic pH neutralization device.

We received a contact from a design company in the Kanto region and would like to introduce a case where we delivered an "automatic pH neutralization device" to Kanto Gastroenterology Clinic. The request was to "neutralize the wastewater from the cleaning machine," and the available installation space was approximately 500×500 mm with a height of about 1000 mm. Within this range, it was necessary to complete the chemical injection, stirring, and control panel. Due to the need for installation within the clinic, space-saving installation was a must, and there were strict requirements for operation on 100V single-phase power and minimal operational noise. We ordered a custom-sized control panel and achieved space-saving by mounting everything above the neutralization tank. [Case Study] Small Neutralization Device for Sulfuric Acid (pH 3)

I want to neutralize the sulfuric acid! Ultimately, I designed it so that the discharge can be done after checking the pH and opening the electric valve.

We received an inquiry from Company D, a major chemical plant in Niigata Prefecture, stating, "We want to neutralize dilute sulfuric acid. We want it to be as compact as possible for indoor installation." We designed and proposed a small neutralization device that meets the conditions of treating dilute sulfuric acid at a pH of about 3 at room temperature (around 25°C), with a batch liquid volume of 60L and a drainage cycle of once per hour. The discharge will be done by opening an electric valve after confirming the pH, allowing it to flow into the pump provided by the customer. Additionally, regarding the support system that the customer was concerned about, we explained that there is a system in place for emergency response from our Toyama branch, which reassured them. MAX: Introducing a case that achieved a compact design, including the transport route, to address the neutralization of high alkaline wastewater with a pH of 13!

We would like to introduce a case where a neutralization device was implemented by a equipment manufacturer in the Hokuriku region. Due to the introduction of the testing equipment, high alkaline wastewater is generated, so the neutralization was designed for two-stage processing. Since the installation was indoors, it was necessary to design it compactly, including the transportation route. As there is a possibility of sludge generation during neutralization, a sludge removal bag filter was also installed. Neutralize strong acid in a 500×500 space!

● Neutralization of strong acid in a 500×500 space A major construction machinery manufacturer consulted us, asking, "Could you create a unit for transporting AdBlue?" The construction machinery (such as cranes) is expected to be used in locations without power, and they requested that the transport unit be battery-operated. We proposed using the electric diaphragm pump model SS, which has a proven track record with urea solution, housed together with the battery and nozzle inside a box. ● Compact neutralization device for H2 1. The metering pump is used for both the injection pump and the raw water pump. By neutralizing in small amounts, we ensured reliable neutralization without leaning towards alkalinity. 2. To be installed in the pathology room, we designed the device to also accommodate the polycan of the neutralizing agent (caustic soda), while minimizing operational noise. 3. Since off-the-shelf stirring machines could not meet our needs for the neutralization tank, we manufactured our own, contributing to space-saving. 4. The simple control panel allows for easy operation. Additionally, the stirring machine can adjust its rotation speed with an inverter, enabling it to accommodate changes in processing volume.

[Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of Dialysis Wastewater

Large processing capacity for dialysis drainage: 2200L/Hr! Delivered and constructed in close collaboration with Kajima Corporation.

We received an inquiry about a neutralization system from a dialysis clinic in Gifu Prefecture. Since there was no existing neutralization system, we collaborated with the clinic to proceed with the design of the new system. As the company is a specialized dialysis hospital with a large number of beds, the processing capacity is 2200L/Hr, making it a large system for dialysis wastewater. Considering the high-temperature wastewater inflow, we selected a heat-resistant PE for the neutralization tank. For the submersible pump to draw water from the pit, we chose our corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant submersible pump, the "LC-HC series." We meticulously coordinated the specifications with our company, Kajima Corporation, and the clinic, successfully completing the installation.
